The diamond composite sheet is made of diamond powder and cemented carbide substrate sintered under ultra-high pressure and high temperature conditions. It not only has the high hardness, high wear resistance and thermal conductivity of diamond, but also has the strength and impact toughness of cemented carbide. It is an ideal material for the manufacture of cutting tools, drilling bits and other wear-resistant tools.
 
Polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) is a composite material composed of diamond and cemented carbide matrix. It has the characteristics of high hardness and good wear resistance. It is widely used in oil drilling, geological exploration, coal drilling and mining drill bits and machining tools.

1. Drilling and mining DLC

 
It is suitable for soft to medium hard geological drilling, with high impact toughness and thermal stability, and the heat resistance temperature can reach 750℃ (two minutes). 2. Mechanical tool diamond-like carbon composite sheet

 
It is suitable for cutting and machining of high hardness alloys, wood, ceramics and other non-metals, non-ferrous metals and other metals. It has high hardness and wear resistance, and high cutting precision. At the same time, the products can be processed into rectangles according to user needs, such as triangle, sector and other shapes etc. It can be used to make wear-resistant devices, drills, tips and drill teeth (with spherical, conical) and so on.
