What Are The Classifications of Diamond Grinding Wheels?

Diamond grinding wheel is an industrial diamond product formed by lab diamond as its main raw materials and other metal powder materials. It can be widely used in the grinding of hard alloy, non-ferrous metals and non-metals. The grinding efficiency is much higher than that of traditional sand wheels.
Diamond grinding wheel plays a very important role in the industrial field and is applied in many industries. There are three main ways to classify the diamond wheels: classify by binding agent, classification, and polishing.
1. Classification according to the binding agent: Depending on the binding agent, diamond grinding wheels can be divided into diamond solid sand wheels and diamond soft sand wheels.

2. Classification according to shape: Diamond sand wheels can be divided into diamond sand wheels, diamond grinding heads, diamond petroleum and diamond tools according to different shapes.
Diamond grinding wheels include universal sand wheels, such as plane wheels, cup-shaped sand wheels, disc wheels, outer round wheels, etc. Special sand wheels, such as spermatic matte wheels, electrolytic wheels, kit knives, sand wheel disks, etc.
Diamond grinding bits includes cylindrical bit and alien grinding bit.
3. Classification according to the grinding method: diamond grinding wheels are divided into diamond plane matte wheels, diamond round matte wheels, diamond -outer round matte wheels, diamond tool matte wheels, diamond-cut wheels, diamond-specific sand wheels etc.
Diamond grinding wheel has high hardness, compressive strength and abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and good thermal conductivity and semiconductor performance. Therefore, various tools and products that are made can be widely used in metallurgical, machinery, geology, petroleum, electronics, optical, architecture, stone and other fields.
