All the women workers are actively preparing for and participating in the skill competition. We are working hard!

　　The material watching competition is divided into two parts: the preliminary and the final. The preliminary competition is attended by all employees, and the top ten employees selected will participate in the final. Under the microscope, the dazzling diamonds are being selected by the people's "eye-catching" to distinguish the size and model. The quarterly material watching competition is a staged evaluation of the skills of all the selected workers, and also a summary of the level of material watching skills of the employees.

　　There are one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes in the material watching competition. After fierce competition, six employees, including Chen Chunhui and fan Yanna, won the prize.

　　After the competition, each workshop analyzed the results of the competition, and formulated one-on-one support and improvement plan for the employees with backward results, forming a strong atmosphere of "learning skills, strengthening skills" in the whole plant of the model selection plant.
